Stuffedy Stuff Stuff

Thanks for listening to my cry baby boo boo post yesterday, I actually feel better for writing it so I'm not sorry for doing it. And by the way, those nylons were freaking cute. Like this:

(Except they were white, the white picture you couldn't really see at all. Cute though right?)

Anyway, just a couple thoughts for you today:

*Cleaning my girls' room last night (which was ridiculously filthy, I mean just sickening) I kept feeling like the room was mocking me. Like "ha ha! This sucks so bad for you! And there's still so much more to do!!" *pointing finger at me*

*My girls tried to "help" clean with me, but their idea of cleaning is very skewed. They pick something up, play with it, laugh about how long its been since they've seen it, exclaim "HEY! I've been looking for this for forever!", read books, color. I've seriously failed as their mother.

*I remember doing the exact same thing as a kid.

*They told me probably twenty times "I love you mom" while I was cleaning and I said "Yeah, I would love me too since I'M DOING ALL THE WORK!" Thats why I'm a good mom.

*I took my oldest to the dentist this morning, and I felt sick out of nervousness for her. I hate the dentist. I never want to go there again. She thought it was awesome.

*My mother in law came to stay with the other kids while I took her to the dentist, I was worried that the kids would be bad since they'd been cranky and screaming all morning. She said that the baby didn't even whimper once, and they were perfect. Of course as soon as I walk in the door, they are SCREAMING and FIGHTING and AWFUL. Why do kids do that? (Unless she lied and they were horrible, but from what it looked like, they were pretty great. Even folded laundry with her.)

*Is it as weird for you as it is for me when someone folds your underwear for you?

*A friend of mine stopped by earlier but I was on the phone and didn't hear her knocking, so do you think my kids come tell me? No, they spend a couple minutes trying to unlock the door and then I hear my little girl say "Okay, come in." And I'm like "Ruh?!" (picture Scooby Doo right here) Obviously the millions of times I've said not to open the door, Mommy will open the door has really sunk in. Little boogers.

Okay, until next time. Peace out.

Christmas and Some Other Things

First up, Christmas was very nice. We ran all over Tacoma and Seattle and I was exhausted but it was a really good day. You know, besides the ridiculous amount of presents we got; by the time we got home there were literally toys crammed into our van, falling out when the door opened. It was insane. Don't get me wrong, of course I appreciate it and of course my kids loved it, but no one needs that much crap. And I don't want to have to find a place for it all and the clean up was crazy. So I hope your Christmas was as lovely as mine. Just less crap filled.

So now that I've updated on Christmas, I can blog about what I really want to blog about. And that is: nothing. I have about four ideas I've been working up in my mind but the thing is I am SO freaking TIRED I can't properly formulate them. I would like to know when the night will come that I am not woken up by a screaming child wanting me to hold them, or nurse them or rub their back...EVERY night. I'm also not very smart, because I haven't been going to sleep until like 1am most nights. I just don't get why I'm so tired...

Also I just wanted to throw out here that I hate those blogs that you have to click a "read more" button to actually read the whole post. Do you know what I'm talking about? It is SO ANNOYING. Why yes, I did come here to actually read the posts. So why do I need to keep clicking this stupid button to open up the whole thing? Then if I missed a post, I have to read the first one, click back to read then next one, click "read more" to read THAT one--when all I should have to do is scroll down. Dumb.

Hey guess what? My 8 month old is pretty much walking! Isn't that crazy?! It is so cute to watch his little legs carry him across the floor. Gosh I love him.

Also, I'll be back in a day or two for my wrap up of my favorite things of 2010!! Are you STOKED?! You should be. You should be.

Randomocity

I'm feeling better. Not completely Christmas-y but not so dark and gloomy and scary. So thats good!

I went shopping with my mom earlier and it was so nice to talk with her and get out some of my feelings, of course she has awesome advice and even some advice I think is dumb (mostly that she thinks I should wake up earlier, silly woman!) but she's one of the best people I know, so listening to her makes sense. (Except for the getting up earlier. That makes NO SENSE AT ALL.)

I have a busy weekend ahead of me. My cousin is getting married. I'm doing her hair, helping set up the reception, taking some bridal shots, and making like 500 asparagus roll ups. Pray for me that her hair turns out gorgeous.

I bought some of the Pepperidge Farms knock off Tim Tams. Pray for me that they're amazing. I'm going to need them.

I bought this potpourri spray that is really cinnamon-y and smells so good. I sprayed it on everything I could think of. Now its a little TOO smelly in here and I have a potpourri hangover.

Maybe I'm heartless but I didn't get that much out of Toy Story 3. I mean, I thought it was cute but honestly? They ARE just toys aren't they? I mean, is there supposed to be some sort of message about taking care of your toys? "Play with your toys kids or else they'll be sad!" or "If you accidentally lose one of your toys, they'll take over a daycare and make other toys miserable!!" I thought it was a little dramatic. Sorry.

I'm teaching Relief Society on Sunday, its about the sacrament. I wish I could just play this for them. I LOOOVE John Bytheway. Seriously. (By the way--OH MAN I'M soooo FUNNY!!--I saw him give this same talk live myself!--NO REALLY THOUGH, DID YOU GET IT??!!?--)

And I will stop here for tonight. Goodnight.

My Brain is Too Tired to Think of a Title

I'm feeling much better than I was last week. But instead of feeling depressed and hopeless, I feel anxious and overwhelmed. And mostly happy too. I've been laughing a lot more as well. Its nice.

The reason for the anxiousness and feeling overwhelmed is because did you guys realize that Thanksgiving is in three days?!?! And after that it'll be a blink of the eye and Christmas will be here! And I have about a million and fifty trillion things to get done from Thanksgiving to Christmas and it feels like it just snuck up on me and is pointing and laughing in my face now. And maybe kicked me in the ankle a couple times too.

Also, we're having a HUGE snow storm here right now. And by huge, I think we have like two inches. You see, when it snows in Washington it becomes a time to panic. To cancel school, to stay inside, to drive like a crazy person and freak out a lot, to write a million Facebook updates about it all. Its what you do. Picture people running around in circles, grabbing their faces and screaming WHY?!!? towards heaven. And cars sliding around and crashing into each other. And on the side lines, there's kids making snow angels, having snowball fights and building snowmen, laughing jollily and having the times of their lives. Also I think there's some explosions in there too.

So, tomorrow my daughter has no school and that would be fantastic if my husband didn't have to work either, but so far, he does. The best thing about a snow day, is sitting inside together all warm in blankets, drinking hot chocolate and watching movies. Or reading a book. I read three books this last week and I really want to read more but I can't get to the library because well, see the last paragraph.

I made a list today of all the things I need to get done. I feel less overwhelmed, but only a little. If I could get a car and a babysitter to watch my kids, THEN I'd be doing great. Also there's that weather thing, but what was I saying about that again?

I love the holidays...no really, I do. How about you? How do you handle the stress, the packed schedule, the crowds and the gimme gimme's your kids throw at you?

Its Friday, and Its Random

*I like that the bottom of my socks have an "M" on them because even though I know it stands for "medium", I like to think it stands for "Melinda".

*Just because the juice bottle says "Cran-APPLE" doesn't mean its any less cranberry, I didn't taste ANY apple in there.

*I really hate Comcast, and I miss my old service provider a LOT.

*Why is it if my husband wants two different things, even if one costs more I'll get THAT one because its something maybe I like or I could use too...

*I'm really tired of stupid people. Why do people think they need to spew their opinions all over you when they have no idea what your situation is. I recently had someone I barely know make me feel guilty over medication I might take for some serious pain I've been in. Her explanation was that she's a hippy and thinks people would be better off taking long walks and getting more sunshine. Uhhhhh...seriously? So if I just went for a long walk on a sunshiney day, my back would stop hurting and my rib would magically go back into place? Or if someone went for a walk and sat in the sun, their chemically imbalanced brain would suddenly balance. Shut up. Thats so ignorant.

*Have you ever read "The Little Prince"? Its a children book, when I was in high school we had to do a report on it and I've loved it ever since. So for my boys' room, I painted this picture:

Pretty cute huh?

*Its been Spring Break here this week and I'm so glad I didn't have to worry about getting up and getting my daughter off to school or picking her up or ANYTHING. I did whatever I wanted this week. Which ended up being just going to the doctor a lot, but whatever.

*Ice....mmmmm....all day long I dream about ice...

Rambling

Its Friday guys. FRIDAY. That means I have until Tuesday to get everything I need done before my mother-in-law gets here. Oh Lordy, help me! I think I just may be able to get it decent before that time, but man in the mean time I'm freaking out! Besides the fact that I need more boxes. If you see a lady rummaging around behind the gas station, its just me looking for boxes. Its okay.

I finally got up the nerve to ask for help though, you know to someone besides my husband who doesn't really help anyway. I don't know why its so hard, but I just feel so weak to have to ask someone to help me. Stupid I know, but thats how I feel. So my kids are going to play at a friends for a little bit while I pack up my kitchen. I'm just hoping the little break away from each other will be good for us. Because at this point everyone in my house hates each other. My kids are bored, there's nothing to do, mom's busy packing, so they get into trouble and are naughty. Lots of yelling going on here. Its fantastic.

I signed up to bring chili to our ward cook-off thing next tuesday. Why did I do that? All my cooking stuff will be packed away by then, I'll be leaving a day or so after that, why do I feel the need to over-extend myself? Its so stupid.

Okay, I'm done talking. Great on you for reading all this, since I know its super up-beat and happy. Can you tell I've hit my limit? I'm tired and I'm sick and I'm overwhelmed and I HATE PACKING. Okay, gotta get back to work, enough whining.

p.s. Do you guys watch America's Next Top Model? Because I am LOVING this season with the "petite" girls (i.e. SHORT). I totally missed my chance, I'll never be a top model now! waaah! Anyway, ANTM and Bejeweled Blitz are my only escape from reality. Bless them.

Blaaaahh the Second

I'm naming my next child that (upward arrow pointing toward the title). But don't hold me to it because I'm really not.

I think I have an infected eyelash shaft thingy.

Whats up with those Scentsy thingies and why are they so expensive? I mean come on, its a light bulb inside a jar, how expensive can it be?!

We got family pictures done last night by this lady, nothing like good ol' family pictures. Where you're secretly fighting with your spouse behind the photographers back, giving each other dirty looks and mouthing things like "you will die" and "I hate you". Its so great.

Did I mention we paid FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for my six year old's glasses?!?!?! Holy crap.

Scooby Doo is seriously annoying. "We can solve this mystery for you, lets go look for clues!" How about: its someone dressed up as a ghost trying to sneak money. How bout that, hmmmm? Do you never learn?!

My sister's going to have a baby Monday, I'm so excited for her!! New little nephew, here we come! Except we're not going down there to see them, so maybe someday soon.

I'll stop torturing you now.

Real posts coming soon.

I think...

Blaaaahh

My Oldest had an eye doctor appointment today. Guess how much her freaking glasses cost us? FOUR HUNDRED FREAKING DOLLARS!! I want to die right now.

School started yesterday. Too bad I work almost the whole time Oldest is gone, so I don't even get to enjoy one less child. Oh well. I can't believe summer's pretty much over, it seems like once school starts there goes the whole year. Atleast we had an awesome summer while it lasted!

I wish I could go school clothes shopping once a year.

I wish my house would stay clean for more than five seconds.

I've had a crazy busy week, and I'm tired. I need a really good night's sleep, and a totally lazy day tomorrow. And Sunday. And maybe Monday too.

I got fake nails while we were in Washington for my sister-in-law's wedding. I think they are like an instant pick me up, they make me feel girly and pretty and yeah.

I got an award from Chief, who I adore. She rocks--I seriously love her. :)

Check Out Our Trip!

Okay guys, its time again. Time for me to go. On another church activity, so I'll be gone for three days.

But I won't leave you with nothing, instead I'll give you a couple pictures from our trip, and when I get back I'll start sharing some stories. Deal?! Well, accept or not, thats whats gonna happen! :)

Hmmmmm, and I think there was a wedding in there somewhere too...

Never Wear Silk Underwear...Unless You Like Them A LOT

So I've been vacationing and the last few posts I'd scheduled to go out before I left. This is one of those posts. I could be having a fantastic vacation or I could be having a horrible vacation right this minute...this feels so futuristic...

But instead of the future, I'm blogging about the past today.

When I was younger, like 9-ish, I loved silky underwears. They were bright colors, like turquoise and pink, and man were they silky!

I rode the bus to school. Stupid bus.

One day I was wearing my silky underoos and on top of those I was wearing these stretch pants that had a little skirt attached to them. It was ugly.

It was my turn to get off the bus, but when I stood up the little skirt got stuck underneath me and I flashed my silky drawers to a cute boy next to me.

He laughed really loud and started yelling "I saw Melinda's underwear!! hahahahaha!"

Our bus driver was pretty butch. In fact, if you didn't know better you would've thought she was a man. Her name was even "Terry" like that cleared things up.

Anyway, she yelled at the kid and I felt better.

The end.

Washingtopia

I'm tired. *yaaaaaaaaaaaawwwn!*

Seriously, I think I'm dying of sleep deprivation. My son is teething, therefore instead of sleeping he cries every night at 2:30 until 3:30. Its lovely.

I'm so tired right now that I bribed my six year old into trying to change the boy's diaper, they're wrestling with each other right this second.

Guess what though? We're going on vacation! My husband's sister is getting married next weekend, so we're heading home to Washington, to my heart's desire, to the most beautiful place on earth, to...freaking 102 degree weather!!

(side story: my kids are screaming at each other, so I told them all to stop YEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLIIIIIINNNNNNGGGG!! And held that for as long as I possibly could. They thought it was hilarious, but now I'm slightly lightheaded.)

Its sort of hard to concentrate at work getting ready to vacation, as I have visions of this dancing through my head:

Yaaaay! I'm so excited; I just may never want to come home!!

Oh you know Oscar Mayer has a way...

Why is it that food you thought was so fantastic when you were a kid is so disgusting now?

Like raisins, you know the ones in the little red box? We used to eat those all the time just for a snack, I wouldn't eat raisins now because chocolate is my snack of choice.

And hot dogs, I mean most people like a hot dog every once in awhile at a barbecue or something, but as a kid, hot dogs are like AWESOME! Not so much anymore.

Or american sliced cheese, yuck. Or corn dogs, similar to hot dogs yes, but seriously corn dogs. Or spaghetti-O's! Seriously disgusting people!!

And the ultimate nasty kid food I can't believe I ate:

BOLOGNA!

Have you eaten bologna lately? I work at a daycare, so I am a connoisseur of these nasty kid foods, most of them I can stomach, you get hungry enough and you will eat it. But bologna? Nope. I can't do it. I try, honestly every time bologna sandwiches come up on the menu I think, "Maybe this time it won't be that bad!" so I take a bite. And then I gag, and then I spit it out. Because GROSS! And what is that ring around the outside anyway?! Nevermind, I don't want to know.

What are some of the kid foods you loved that you can't stand now?

The only thing that is a kid favorite that never gets old is PIZZA, everybody loves PIZZA! :)

(After writing BOLOGNA so many times, I now have the Oscar Mayer song stuck in my head:

My bologna has a first name, its:
O-S-C-A-R

My bologna has a second name, its:
M-A-Y-E-R

Oh I love to eat it everyday, and
if you ask me why I'll saaaaaaaay,
'Cause Oscar Mayer has a way
with B-O-L-O-G-N-A!

Vacation or Punishment?

It's Spring Break here (have you heard that anywhere else? NO?!) and my boss is out of town, so guess who's left in charge? HMMmmmmm?! Yes ME, of course me!! Who else would you leave in charge of a daycare than someone as responsible and charge-worthy as me?!

Thats why I'm home right now, they didn't need me.

Really, they didn't need me. And I was super happy to come home and put on real pants instead of sweat pants. Ahhhhhhhhh, sweat pants, I love you on early mornings...

Anyway, how was your Easter? Mine was fantastic! And thats all I'm sharing with you, except these two pictures:

I seriously can't stop eating candy, it's a problem. I'm especially enjoying the Swedish Fish.
Guess what? My husband and I went and played laser tag the other night! It was super duper fun, we're keeping things young at heart, if you haven't played I seriously recommend it! Definitely hilarious, strategic, and you get a good workout.
I'm feeling a bit random still, can you tell?
I have to totally apologize to Funky, I hate feeling like a flake, I really missed ya and I hope you'll still be my friend! I really do feel like a total jerk...sorry again. :(
Hope you have a great Spring Break, I know mine will be filled with crying, whining, boredom, work, snow and showers! Yeesh...

Somebody Help Me!

I'm feeling a little out of sorts today, so this post I'm afraid is going to be a tad bit random. Oh well.

Most people save their randomness for Fridays, but you can't control this. I'm a lone wolf, a freeeee bird...a...a...against the grain kind of gal...yeah, thats all I've got.

I'm out of sorts because I've been in front of the stinkin computer even more than I usually am, and its making my head hurt. And it wasn't even for anything important! I've spent a ridiculously long amount of time for this video:

I know, I know, I look insane. PLUS, you get to hear all my kid's names. Not like you guys can't just go over to my family blog and read them all there, I know you're smart enough to figure it out. So I don't really care. I made the video for my family blog, but I spent so much stinkin effort on it, I posted it here too. What do you think of my super booming voice and...and...my...dorkiness?! Hope you feel even closer to me now. (It took so long because it would play fine on my computer, but every time I uploaded it to blogger, the sound went all funky. Then I had to explore many, many options to make it work. Finally, I handed it over to someone much more competent than me. Yes, should've thought of that earlier.)

Also, I'm feeling out of sorts because I haven't hardly eaten anything today. Do you ever have days like that, where you're running around (or sitting in front of the computer...) and you're just too busy to eat?! Well, it happened to me today. Don't worry I survived on a Mountain Dew, Reese's PB cups and a bowl of Cocoa Puffs. I feel so much better.

My son isn't helping the situation either. He has a cold, which means: HE'S DRIVING ME CRAZY! It's not that I don't feel terrible about it, but the kid wants me to hold him every second of the day. I CAN'T do that, my arms are weak and I'm lazy! Sheesh, he should learn this sooner rather than later. Here's hoping.

I haven't seen my husband before 9:30 PM every night this week. I'm feeling slightly crazed. I mean, I'm fine really, it happens quite often where we have crazy busy weeks, its just I'm done. I'm supposed to go to a church thing tonight, and I'm going to be bad and skip it. I mean humanitarian is optional right?! We're focusing on service every week this entire year, I deserve to take one night off right?! I just want to hang out with my husband, watch a movie, eat; and at this point, I'm going to do it and deal with more chocolate eating guilt later. The choices we make.

Last random thing, another reason I'm feeling all unfocused or whatever? I'm reading the Twilight series AGAIN. I have a problem. Believe you me, I've read other books since those, lots of other books, its just I LOVE those books, and I love getting lost in them. But thats the problem, I get a little TOO involved in that world. And then I walk around in a daze thinking about Forks and Edward and vampires...and EDWARD. I need help.

Alrighty then, thats it. All I got. Fini. See ya later. (Seriously, make it stop.)

LaBeouf, You Got the Stuff

Okay, I have to admit to something terrible. Something heinous. Something I am so ashamed of, especially as a married woman and a mother of three.

I have a crush.

A crush that is not on my husband. >uncontrollable sobbing< A crush that is fast becoming an obsession.

I have a crush on this man:

OOooooohhhhhh, hot dog that man is cute!
It feels extra wrong because I've watched Shia since he was a young teenager on Even Stevens. I thought he was funny/quirky then, and enjoyed the show (hey, atleast I was a teenager at the time as well...uh, yeah.), but lately he's coming out in more and more movies, and I just have to say I adore him in every movie I've seen him in. I mean, I didn't care for the new Indiana Jones movie, but I did like Shia in it. >tingly< (I said Shia like we know each other! hehehehehe)

Create your own FACEinHOLE
(Oh my, isn't that hysterical!?)

We recently watched Disturbia, and I LIKE HIM. He is so cute and funny and real. I mean, obviously he's acting so thats not who he really is, but in all his movies there's this underlying attitude that I just really like. He is my newest celebrity crush and I can NOT wait for Transformer's to come out this summer! YEE HAW!!
And to leave you with a short SNL clip of Shia: >sigh<

So, who's YOUR celebrity crush?

Does Size Really Matter? My Husband Says YES!

Oh man, you have no idea what we've done. We've gone out and done something, well, probably pretty stupid and I'm feeling really nervous/nauseous/weird/a teeny bit excited/but mostly nauseous.

What is it that we did then?

Well, in a very informed and definitely trying to help stimulate the economy (we solely based our decision on helping the economy don't ya know.) we...bought...

...A FREAKING HUGE TELEVISION!

AAGGHHHH! I KNOW!

We've had the same 27" TV since the day we got married. Its been good to us, we still love it and all, its just that its gotten some rough usage the last couple years. Like the day Oldest Daughter had been watching TV all day and wouldn't get anything done. After yelling at her a few times (over my shoulder from at the computer...you know, I just don't know where she gets her TV fetish from...it's just so odd...) I finally told her she wasn't going to be able to watch TV anymore if she didn't turn it off and get done whatever it was I was asking her (probably something like, "GET ME A MOUNTAIN DEW NOW!!''). In a fit of dramatics, she ran to the poor television and slammed the power button. Resulting in a sort of wonky lopsided power button that we now deal with. Plus its starting to get the lines through it. Really we could make due with the teeny tiny itty bitty wittle TV we have, but I gotta be honest with you. It's the Husband. He HAS to have it! He'll stop at nothing until he has his way!

So we got the stupid humongo TV. Its sitting in its stupid humongo box in my kitchen right now. Its humongo box, in my infinitesimal kitchen. I can't cook, I can't heat things in the microwave, do the dishes, walk around, without moving the stupid huge box.

But of course thats not the worst part of it, oh no, of course not! Its the price, man! Gee whiz and we got a "good deal" and it was still getting close to a thousand dollars! I have to say this is by FAR the largest purchase of cash we've ever made. BY FAR.

Hence the sick feeling.

But hey, Husband's happy. And he'll be happy watching his ginormous television in old underwear eating top ramen sitting on the floor, because we'll have no money for anything else ever again. Jerk.

But to end this on a good note, the only thing keeping the sick feeling away is The Boy. He started walking this week! So much fun (did I mention this before? I can't remember, I've told it so many times now...) and I'm going to post the proof for you!

Just don't look at my face, I look slightly crazed and insane, plus my underwear's hanging out the back. Sorry about that. But he's WaLkInG!! Yippee!

Oh and before I forget, I wanted to add this just for Heidi over at Dunhaven Place (I would link to ya Heidi, but I'm feeling pretty lazy right now, sorry.) because she recommended this movie. Well, did you actually recommend it? Maybe you just talked about it. I don't remember now. But anyway, the movie was The Dutchess, and really is quite interesting, very emotional too; I cried like a baby at the end there, well you know what part right Heidi? I was wondering though if you felt this same way Heidi, just wanted your opinion about a certain aspect of it. Do you think they really explored the whole six* angle? I don't think they touched on it nearly enough, it wasn't very clear or anything about what was going on. Do you think they were having six at all? Man, I just couldn't get over how little six there was!!! (please note the sarcasm.) :)

(*Oh wait, I put the s. e. x. word in there, now I'm going to have to change it before I get all the freaky weird people here...um, I replaced it with the word six alrighty?)

Talk at ya'll latah!

I'm on One Today, but Not in a Funny Way

Its been one of those days where my patience is running thin. I'm trying not to let loose and scream at people, but those people aren't making it easy on me, yaknowwhattamean?! Most of the people who are giving me a hard time don't exceed 44 inches high and only have a few years of life to their names. But does that really change the fact that I'm TIRED and stretched to my limit and really, really TIRED?! No, no it doesn't.

In other news, The Boy is starting to walk! At a week from turning 10 months he's taking steps all by himself! Very exciting! And I just love that unsteady, just learning how to, old man walk--so endearing!

Other good news? I ate a french dip sandwich for lunch and managed not to spill a single drop...uh, on my shirt. Other places were dripped on, but not my shirt! HA! You can't beat me au jus, no matter how good you taste!

It snowed here yesterday, or was it Monday? Ah yes, Monday. Just thought I'd share. (I am seriously tired of winter, please Spring won't you come and stay awhile?)

I have some sort of meeting or appointment or something for every single night this week. With my calling this happens sometimes, what can you do? I'll tell you what, NOTHING. You can't do anything! Unless you go on some sort of strike and picket outside the Bishop's house, I suppose you could do that, but seriously it snowed the other day! Brrrrrr!

Alright, randomness out. Peace. Word to your mother and some such nonsense.

If that's not LOVE, I don't want none of it

I really felt like I had to share, because well, I wanted to; but I told you yesterday that I got clothes from Victoria's Secret and I just gotta share how awesome it was! It was like Christmas morning guys! CHRISTMAS! Opening bag after bag of cute new clothes, and knowing I only paid like $10 a piece was so heavenly! Seriously, look at this picture:

All those clothes, plus the shirt I'm wearing today and the bra I'm wearing, PLUS there were a couple things MORE that just shipped, all for the price of:

$250!!!

I know that sounds like a lot of money, but since when have you gotten a couple pairs of pants, two bras and eleven or so shirts for that price?!?! Hmmmmm?! I gotta tell ya, that's fantastic! I'm so happy....

Oh and since I got quite a few comments telling me I'm not lovey with my husband, here ya go:

PROOF that I love him:

If that doesn't say LOVE right there, I don't know what does...

(p.s. Don't forget to go to The Mother's Lamentations and read my guest post! It ends TODAY!! Okay, no it doesn't, you can see it any day really, but GO, do it for mama...) (Oh, if you don't know where "do it for mama" comes from, don't ask, you really don't want to know.)
